INTRODUCING RADIO
Radio and CAT Website is the third mini project created by a small group of students from the University of Chester in Warrington. But enough of talking about that for the moment, lets introduce you to the team.
The team is made up of three students from the university; Max Rushton, Yasmin
Denman and Lauren Martin. Max Rushton is a second-year Commercial Music Production and Radio Production student, Yasmin Denman is a second-year Media student and Lauren Martin is a second-year Music Journalism student.

The team will work together to support and promote the Media Valedictory Show through their radio show on The CAT Radio. The CAT Radio is the radio station based on the university’s campus in which anyone can tune into. The radio project will feature regular ‘promotional’ shows including interviews and promos that feature a representative sample of the work of the Media Department that shows its students and the best of their efforts and work in an upbeat and positive manner. They would do this by liaising with all the other groups participating with the event to collaborate and encourage on areas of common interest.
These could be: graphics, ‘promos’, Streaming TV Show, Programme and Website, Photography and Blog, NWMC Curations and Interviews. The event itself will kick off with a live outside broadcast from the Live Streaming TV Show on that day. The team would also have to work aside the departmental budget-holder to manage their budget that has been set aside for their part of the project.
